Booked through Viator (a Tripadvisor company). There is rarely a tour desk at the pier, so book before you sail.

Before you book
Is the Guided Bike Tour to a Green Tea Farm in Shizuoka (not e-bikes) worth it from the Omaezaki cruise port?
A 4-hour guided hybrid-bike ride from Shizuoka Station to a small tea farm, with a tasting in the farmer's 150-year-old house. Best for: Fit riders who want tea country at bicycle pace and are already in Shizuoka city.
How long a port call do I need for this tour?
About 7 hours. The tour runs 4 hr; add half an hour to get off the ship and keep the hour before all-aboard free. 240 minutes plus 90 minutes is 5.5 hours. Add 45 minutes each way by hired taxi between the wharf and Shizuoka Station and it is 7 hours. It fits the 9-hour Westerdam call on paper, but only with a car booked for both legs.
Can I cancel if my ship skips the port?
The operator's policy: For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. The operator may cancel for bad weather, with a refund.
