Runs Line 1 every ~5 min. The free transfer (IC or contactless card, reboard within 30 min) is the single best reason to tap a card in Nagasaki — but each traveller needs their own card: one card paying for several people gets no free transfer. About 25 min riding plus the change; allow 40–50 min door to door.

Yes — unusually so. The cruise wharf sits downtown: Dejima and Chinatown are strolling distance and the tram covers everything else, including Peace Park. Transport alone is no reason to book a tour here.
