Three things Seabourn Encore passengers should know
The spring 2026 loops had two-day stays in Kobe and Nagasaki. The autumn 2026 calls on the port lists are single days, so check your sailing before you plan an evening ashore.
Toba and Hososhima see almost no cruise traffic — expect warm welcomes and zero crowds, and plan independently since tour inventory is thin.
On 15 November one voyage ends at Tempozan Pier in Osaka and the next, to Singapore, begins (22 October was the same). If you leave the ship there, plan your luggage and airport transfer first; if you stay aboard, the Osaka port plans apply.

What is unusual about Seabourn Encore’s Japan itineraries?
Small ports the large ships skip, such as Toba, and long port days. In 2026 it ran spring loops from Tokyo/Yokohama with Kobe and Nagasaki overnights, then a crossing from Vancouver that ended in Osaka on 22 October and a return voyage to Tokyo; the November Tokyo-to-Osaka voyage follows, and on 15 November the ship leaves Osaka for Singapore. Early 2027 brings a Hong Kong-to-Tokyo voyage and Tokyo round trips.
