Why Miso curry milk ramen is famous
Miso curry milk ramen is a genuine Aomori invention, traced to a 1970s student request at a local shop and formalised as a city dish in the 2000s. Miso, curry powder and milk should not work together; the cold and the butter are the argument for it. Aomori is unembarrassed about this.
