Yuzu-kosho is a paste of yuzu peel, chilli and salt, from Kyushu and now used all over Japan. Yunohana is mineral crystallised out of Beppu's steam in thatched huts, a method designated an Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property, and it turns a bath at home into a Beppu one.
