Why Sunday Market (Sundays) is famous

A kilometre long, three hundred years old, every single Sunday

The Sunday market on Otesuji has run for about three hundred years, since 1690, and stretches roughly a kilometre toward the castle. Around three hundred stalls sell what the sellers grew: yuzu, ginger the size of a fist, knives, seedlings. It only exists on Sundays, and no substitute runs on other days.

It has run since 1690. Roughly 300 stalls stretch a kilometre down the avenue to the castle gate, and it opens every Sunday of the year except two. If your call lands on one, rearrange everything.
