    Free and indoors, 9:30–17:00 (last entry 16:30). Closed Wednesdays unless a national holiday, and on 26 November 2026. Then try the Otaru Art Base next door (Nitori Museum of Art ¥1,200; closed the 4th Wednesday from May to October and every Wednesday from November to April)
