Why Yamashita Park & Hikawa Maru is famous

Japan's first seaside park, opened in 1930 on rubble from the 1923 earthquake. The Hikawa Maru moored alongside is a 1930 liner that crossed to Seattle 238 times, carried Charlie Chaplin, survived mines in the war, and is now a museum you walk through.
