The ship shuttle leaves from Tenmonkan or Kagoshima-Chuo, not the aquarium: walk about 10 min to Suizokukan-guchi and take the tram to Tenmonkan-dori. Or take a taxi from here, about 15–35 min and ¥3,500–3,700. Shuttles run every 30–60 min
