The story

Why Mt. Fuji views and a wagashi class, guided is famous

Fuji is 3,776 metres of active stratovolcano, last erupted in 1707, and worshipped as a deity long before it was climbed for sport. Shimizu is the closest cruise berth to it. The honest problem is the clock: the foothills are far enough that only a full call reaches them, and a guided car is the only way to make the arithmetic work.
