The morning, customs, where the bags go, and the ride to Haneda or Narita.

The morningArrivals on 2F, taxis on 1FThe arrivals flow is on 2F: arrival lobby, baggage hall, customs, immigration and quarantine, a courier counter and a nursing room. The 1F has the taxi stand. The 4F deck is a send-off deck, not a public one.
CustomsA paper form, not a gateOn a voyage that ends in Japan after a foreign port, Japan Customs requires every arriving passenger to declare their belongings. Its electronic declaration gates are at seven airports and no seaport, so expect the paper form your ship hands out.
